Consumer Rights
- You are not obligated to use any particular shop to obtain repairs. You have the right to go to the repair shop of your choice.
- No law requires you to get more than one estimate or appraisal.
- Your vehicle is the second largest investment you're likely to make. Preserve its value and your safety by having it repaired professionally.
- Never drive a vehicle that could be unsafe because of damages.
- Some insurance companies may want you to visit their drive-in claim center before having your vehicle repaired. You can do this, or you may leave your vehicle at our shop and ask that the insurance company inspect the vehicle here.
- Differences in repair estimates are common. A lower estimate may not include all necessary work. If you are not sure why one estimate is different from another you've received, please ask us.
- Let us help negotiate your claim with the insurance company, Young's works with all insurance companies.
- Check the body shop's warranty (generally it is better than any offered by most insurance companies). Most body shop's will be happy to show you vehicles already repaired or in production.
