Choosing A Repair Shop

  • It is the consumer's right to choose the repair facility to do the repairs of a vehicle. No one including the insurance company can make you go to a certain facility.

 

  • With over six hundred body shops in the Denver metro area, choosing a shop can be difficult. The easiest solution is to ask a friend or family who have had a good experience with a repair shop.

 

  •  You should know the shops warranty and who is backing it before trusting what is probably the second most expensive investment (your vehicle) you've made with a repair facility.

 

  • Are the technicians certified to work on your vehicle? Does the shop possess the equipment to properly repair the vehicle? Is the shop well maintained and clean? Does the shop have other vehicles they have repaired or are repairing that you can see and evaluate the quality of the workmanship? What parts will be used in the repair of your vehicle?
